No Show and Late Cancellation Policy

We are committed to giving all patients timely and high-quality care. When patients miss appointments, show up late, or cancel at the last minute, it makes it harder for others to get the care they need and disrupts how our clinic runs.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule it with at least two full business day's notice (minimum 48 hours). This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient in need.

$100 will be charged for missed appointments or late cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.

No Show: A patient does not attend their appointment and provides no notice.

Late Cancellation: A patient cancels their appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice.
