Dr. Nimrod "Rod" G. Montaño

Dr. Nimrod G. Montaño graduated from Southwestern University, Cebu, Philippines in 1986 and established his private practice in the Philippines for almost 8 years before relocating to Canada in 1993 to establish a Filipino dental clinic in Edmonton after completing the National Dental Examining Board of Canada & Universities Coordinating Council in June 1996.

Dr. Rod (as his patients and colleagues affectionately call him) is now widely considered one of the top tier Filipino dentists. Along with his team, their greatest desire is to provide the best possible dental care and to develop a lifetime relationship with their patients.

Dr. Mariefil Acojedo

Dr. Mariefil Bacolod-Acojedo graduated Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2004 from Cebu Doctor’s University.

December 2004 Philippine Dental Board 2nd Top Placer Examinee.

She was a Dental Extern at The University of the Philippines – Phil. General Hospital specializing in Hospital Dentistry and Oral Surgery.

She won a Dental Associate at Cebu Dental Care Center at the same time a professor and Clinical Instructor at Cebu Doctor’s University College of Dentistry for 7 years.

In Edmonton, she started as a Registered Dental Assistant for 3years.

She then took the National Dental Examination Board and received her Dental Certification last September 2016.

The few things she loves doing with her family are playing volleyball, going outdoors, swimming, and traveling.
